Our Contract Explained Plain and Simple
How do I pick up and/or drop off my car?
Agents will contact you before arrival via WhatsApp or email. At the airport, an agent will meet you at arrivals. For other locations, contact will be made to arrange delivery.
How does insurance work?
Our price includes fully comprehensive insurance. This covers theft, accidents, and third parties, providing peace of mind without credit card holds.
Can I pick up / drop off my car outside working hours?
Yes. A €30 fee applies for out-of-hours service. Working hours are 09:00–22:00.
Is it possible to rent a car without a credit card or security fee?
Yes. No credit card hold or security deposit is required. Payment can be made online when booking via stripe and cash, credit card or debit card payments can be made on pickup.
What documents do I need to provide?
Valid driver’s license, ID, passport. International license recommended. Drivers must be 18+ years old with at least 2 years of experience.
Can I extend the rental period?
Yes, subject to availability and seasonal rate changes. Contact the company to confirm an extension.
Do you offer unlimited kilometres?
Yes, unlimited kilometres are included at no extra cost.
What happens if the flight is cancelled / delayed?
Contact the company. If flight details were provided, your booking can be held.
What currencies do you accept?
Cash is accepted only in euros. Online payments can be made in local currency.
What is your fuel policy?
Our fuel policy is a full to full policy, please ensure that your vehicle is delivered full and return it full. If the vehicle is not returned full or with same fuel level as collect, you will be charged for top-up fuel and a service fee for refueling.
